Integrate with apps using Zapier

Use automations to send data to Zapier and integrate with thousands of apps, including Asana, Google Drive, Affinity, Jira, and more

You can set up an automation to send data to Zapier in order to integrate with thousands of apps, including:

  • Affinity

  • Airtable

  • Asana

  • ClickUp

  • Google Drive

  • Jira

  • Pipedrive CRM

  • Todoist

  • Trello

The Zapier integration in automations can be used to send data to Zapier and integrate with other apps.

  1. Go to the Automations page.

  2. Select Create automation.

  3. Set some conditions for when you'd like this automation to run, or click Next if you'd like it to run after every meeting.

  4. Choose Zapier from the menu.

  5. Click Connect if you haven't already connected your Zapier account.

  6. Select the meeting outcomes you'd like included.

  7. Select Done on the step and Create in the top-right to save the automation.

  8. Open Zapier and create a new Zap.

  9. Select Trigger, search for Circleback in the modal, and select Circleback from the results.

  10. Select Automations as the trigger event and continue.

  11. Choose the automation step created before.

  12. Select Continue on the Zap creation screen to proceed to the test step, then select Test to fetch sample data.

  13. Select Continue with selected record, the fields can then be used in subsequent steps.

  14. Select the app you'd like to integrate with and configure it according to how you'd like it to work.

  15. Once done, select Publish to activate your Zap.

When the automation runs, the selected meeting outcomes will be sent to the select app via the Zapier integration.
