Circleback doesn't currently have a first-party Asana integration. However, you can get your meeting notes and action items from Circleback into Asana using the built-in Zapier integration or the webhooks integration.
Zapier
Go to the Automations page.
Select Create automation.
Set some conditions for when you'd like this automation to run, or click Next if you'd like it to run after every meeting.
Choose Zapier from the menu.
Click Connect if you haven't already connected your Zapier account.
Select the meeting outcomes you'd like included.
Select Done on the step and Create in the top-right to save the automation.
Open Zapier and create a new Zap.
Select Trigger, search for Circleback in the modal, and select Circleback from the results.
Select Automations as the trigger event and continue.
Choose the automation step created before.
Select Continue on the Zap creation screen to proceed to the test step, then select Test to fetch sample data.
Select Continue with selected record, the fields can then be used in subsequent steps.
Select the Asana Zapier integration and configure it according to how you'd like it to work.
Select Publish to activate your Zap, subsequent meetings will be sent to Asana via the Zapier integration.
Webhooks
Set up a webhook endpoint, you can use a service like make.com for this.
Configure the handler for your webhook endpoint to upload meeting data to Asana.
Select Create automation.
Set some conditions for when you'd like this automation to run, or click Next if you'd like it to run after every meeting.
Choose Webhook from the menu.
Paste in your configured webhook endpoint's URL.
Select the meeting outcomes you'd like included.
Select Done on the step and Create in the top-right to save the automation.
