Connect HubSpot to Circleback Assistant to research customers, update CRM data, and review campaign performance without leaving Circleback. Assistant can only access information available to the HubSpot account you connect.
Connect HubSpot
Go to the Ask page in Circleback.
Select the plug icon next to the message box to open Connectors.
Find HubSpot and select Connect.
Sign in to HubSpot and approve the requested access.
What Assistant can do
CRM records: Search and read HubSpot objects such as contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and other available CRM records.
Create and update records: Manage supported CRM objects and their properties.
Properties: Search and read CRM property definitions so Assistant can use the right fields.
Owners and account: Search record owners and read details about the connected HubSpot user.
Campaign contacts: Get campaign contacts by engagement type.
Campaign reporting: Read campaign analytics, available asset types, and asset performance metrics.

Disconnect HubSpot
Open Connectors from the Ask page, find HubSpot, and select Disconnect. You can also disconnect it from Settings → Connected accounts.
