Use Attio with Circleback Assistant

Connect Attio to update CRM records, notes, and tasks; search communications; and run reports from Assistant

Connect Attio to Circleback Assistant to research relationships and keep your CRM up to date without leaving Circleback. Assistant can only access information available to the Attio account you connect.

Connect Attio

  1. Go to the Ask page in Circleback.

  2. Select the plug icon next to the message box to open Connectors.

  3. Find Attio and select Connect.

  4. Sign in to Attio and approve the requested access.

What Assistant can do

  • Records: Search, list, and read records; create, upsert, and update records.

  • Attributes and lists: Read object and list attribute definitions, list available lists and their entries, add records to lists, and update list entries by entry or record ID.

  • Comments: List comments and replies, and create comments.

  • Notes: Create notes; search notes by metadata or meaning; read note bodies; and update notes.

  • Tasks: List, create, and update tasks.

  • Meetings and calls: Search meetings and call recordings, including metadata and semantic search, and read call-recording details.

  • Emails: Search emails by metadata or meaning and read email content.

  • Workspace information: List workspace members and teams and read the connected user.

  • Reporting: Run basic reports and query Attio data with Particle SQL.

Example requests

  • “Find everything we know about Acme and summarize the latest interactions.”

  • “Add this meeting’s next steps to the company record and create follow-up tasks.”

  • “Run a report of open opportunities by owner.”

Disconnect Attio

Open Connectors from the Ask page, find Attio, and select Disconnect. You can also disconnect it from Settings → Connected accounts.
