Connect Ashby to Circleback Assistant to research candidates and keep recruiting work up to date without leaving Circleback. Assistant can only access information available to the Ashby account you connect.
Connect Ashby
Go to the Ask page in Circleback.
Select the plug icon next to the message box to open Connectors.
Find Ashby and select Connect.
Sign in to Ashby and approve the requested access.
What Assistant can do
Search and inspect recruiting data: Search records by name, filter records, inspect available object fields, and read record details.
Candidates: Read candidate details and create candidates.
Candidate notes: Add notes to candidate profiles.
Applications: Move an application to another stage and consider a candidate for a job.
Interviews: List upcoming interviews, read interview details and interview plans, and read submitted feedback.
Jobs and work queues: Read job pipelines and list pending tasks.
Ashby help: Search Ashby product documentation.

“Show the upcoming interviews for this week and who is interviewing each candidate.”

Disconnect Ashby
Open Connectors from the Ask page, find Ashby, and select Disconnect. You can also disconnect it from Settings → Connected accounts.
