Connect Intercom to Circleback Assistant to research customer history and maintain Help Center content without leaving Circleback. Assistant can only access information available to the Intercom account you connect.
Connect Intercom
Go to the Ask page in Circleback.
Select the plug icon next to the message box to open Connectors.
Find Intercom and select Connect.
Sign in to Intercom and approve the requested access.
What Assistant can do
Unified search and retrieval: Search Intercom contacts or conversations with structured filters and fetch full results.
Conversations: Search conversations by customer, state, channel, assignment, timing, ratings, or AI Agent fields and read complete conversations.
Contacts: Search contacts by identity, company domain, phone number, or custom attributes and read contact details.
Companies: List companies with filters and read company details.
Help Center articles: List or search articles, read complete article content, create articles, and update article titles, summaries, content, state, or location.

“Draft a Help Center article from these meeting notes and add it to the right section.”
Disconnect Intercom
Open Connectors from the Ask page, find Intercom, and select Disconnect. You can also disconnect it from Settings → Connected accounts.
