Add your own notes

Add private notes to any meeting before, during, or after the conversation

Updated over a week ago

You can add private notes to any meeting on Circleback before, during, and after the conversation. For upcoming or in-progress meetings, you can open the meeting to add notes. After the meeting is done, you'll find your notes under "Private notes" on the Notes tab, below the AI-generated notes.

Your notes remain private, even when the meeting is shared, and enhance Circleback's AI-powered notes to better capture what matters most to you. For example, you can note how a client's name is spelled, or flag that a topic you only spent 30 seconds on was actually the most important part of the conversation.

You can also use your notes as a scratchpad during the meeting. Jot down your thoughts, draft questions you want to ask, or outline key points you want to make sure get covered. It's a good way to stay organized and keep all the context for a meeting in one place.
