Use Notion with Circleback Assistant

Connect Notion to search and read pages and databases, update pages, and read or add comments from Assistant

Connect Notion to Circleback Assistant to find workspace knowledge and update Notion without leaving Circleback. Assistant can only access information available to the Notion account you connect.

Connect Notion

  1. Go to the Ask page in Circleback.

  2. Select the plug icon next to the message box to open Connectors.

  3. Find Notion and select Connect.

  4. Sign in to Notion and approve the requested access.

What Assistant can do

  • Search and read: Search your Notion workspace and fetch pages, databases, and other results.

  • Databases and data sources: Query data sources, database views, and meeting-notes data.

  • Pages: Create one or more pages and update existing pages.

  • Comments: Read comments and add new comments.

  • Workspace information: List teams and users, and check the status of longer-running Notion operations.

Example requests

  • “Find the launch plan in Notion and summarize the open decisions.”

  • “Create a page with the action items from this meeting.”

  • “Add a comment to the roadmap page with today’s customer feedback.”

Disconnect Notion

Open Connectors from the Ask page, find Notion, and select Disconnect. You can also disconnect it from Settings → Connected accounts.
