Bring your notes, transcripts, attendees, and available recordings from Read AI into Circleback. Once imported, you can search your meetings, share them, and ask questions about them.
Circleback imports meetings you own in Read AI. If your team is switching together, each team member should import meetings from their own account.
To include recordings, enable Downloads in Read AI under Manage Workspace → Settings → Reporting.
Import your meetings
In Circleback, go to Settings → Import.
Select Read AI.
Select Connect and authorize Circleback in the Read AI window that opens.
Review the number of meetings that will be imported, then select Import.
You can close the page while Circleback imports your meetings in the background. We’ll email you when the import is complete.
