You can import meetings from another app into Circleback. Circleback brings over notes, transcripts, attendees, and recordings (if available). Imported meetings work like any other meeting: you can search them, share them, and ask questions about them.
Circleback currently imports from Fireflies, Granola, and Read AI. Each person imports the meetings on their own account. If your team is moving together, everyone should import their own meetings.
To upload an audio or video file instead, see Import a meeting.
Import from Fireflies, Granola, or Read AI
1. Go to Settings → Import.
2. Select Fireflies, Granola, or Read AI.
3. Connect your account.
4. Review the number of meetings that will be imported, then select Import.
You don’t need to keep this page open. Circleback continues importing in the background and emails you when it’s done. If some meetings fail, you can select Retry.
Fireflies
Connect with your Fireflies API key.
1. Open Fireflies API settings and copy your API key.
2. Paste it into Circleback and select Connect.
If the key is invalid, copy a new key from Fireflies and try again.
Granola
Select Connect and authorize Circleback in the Granola window that opens.
Read AI
Select Connect and authorize Circleback in the Read AI window that opens.
Circleback imports meetings you own in Read AI. To import recordings, enable Downloads in Read AI under Manage Workspace → Settings → Reporting, then try again.
Import a meeting with the API
Use the Circleback API when you’re importing from an app that isn’t listed above, or when you want to create meetings from your own data. See Import meeting in the API docs.
