Email sending preferences

Choose who gets an email with meeting notes and what's included

Updated over a month ago

After each meeting finishes processing, Circleback can automatically send an email with the notes. You can configure who receives the email and what's included from Settings β†’ Emails.

Who receives the email

  • Myself: send yourself an email with the notes after each meeting.

  • Everyone invited: send everyone who was invited to the calendar event an email with the notes.

You can enable both, either, or neither.

What's included

Notes are always included in the email. You can also toggle on:

  • Recording and transcript: includes a link to view the meeting notes, recording, and transcript.

Sending manually

If you have automatic emails turned off, you can still send notes manually by right-clicking a meeting or opening it and selecting Share. This lets you review and edit the notes before they go out.

Weekly roundup

You can also enable a Weekly roundup–a summary of meetings accessible to you, sent to your inbox each week. Toggle this on from Settings β†’ Emails.

Workspace admins can set email preferences as a default or enforce them for all members from Default and enforced workspace settings.
