You can choose whether or not audio and video recordings from your meetings are saved.
Go to Settings → Account and scroll to the Meeting recordings section.
Toggle save meeting recordings.
With meeting recordings turned off, no audio or video from your meetings is stored. Additionally, when Circleback joins a meeting, it lets participants know no audio or video recordings from the meeting are stored by sending a message in the chat.
All other meeting outcomes (e.g. notes, action items, transcript, insights) will still be available.
