By default, Circleback saves the audio and video recordings from your meetings. You can turn this off if you'd prefer that no recordings are stored.
Go to Settings → Preferences.
Toggle off Save meeting audio and video recordings.
With this turned off, Circleback will still generate notes, action items, transcripts, and insights. The audio and video are just not stored afterward–so you'll get all your meeting outcomes as usual, but there won't be a recording to play back or download.
When Circleback joins a meeting with recordings disabled, it sends a message in the meeting chat letting participants know that no audio or video is being stored.
Workspace admins can set this as a default or enforce it for all members from Default and enforced workspace settings.
