If your subscription is canceled, you won't be able to use Circleback to record new meetings or change plans. To resolve this, use the following steps:
Click the banner at the top notifying you that your subscription has been canceled.
Go through the checkout flow to renew your subscription.
If you'd like to change plans, you can now do so by following the instructions in this article.
If you're looking to switch to a different plan and your current subscription is canceled, you'll first need to renew your subscription to your existing plan. Billing is prorated so you will only be charged the difference or receive a credit when making changes to your plan.
