If your subscription is canceled, you won't be able to use Circleback to record new meetings or change plans. To resolve this, use the following steps:
Click the banner at the top notifying you that your subscription has been canceled.
Go through the checkout flow to re-subscribe.
If you'd like to change plans, you can now do so by following the instructions in this article.
If you're looking to switch to a different plan and your current subscription is canceled, you'll first need to re-subscribe to your existing plan. Billing is prorated so you will only be charged the difference or receive a credit when making changes to your plan.
