If you have an active team plan subscription, you can follow these steps to change the number of seats in your plan.
Navigate to Settings → Billing and select Manage billing.
Select Update subscription.
Use the + and - buttons to change the number of seats, you'll see the new total reflected at the bottom.
Select Continue and you'll be shown the new monthly charge as well as the prorated amount due today (if any).
