You can share automations you create with your team or just specific teammates, here's how.
Open the automation.
Click the … menu in the top right.
Click Share.
Select a level of access for the team or specific users you'd like to share the automation with.
Once the automation is shared, each user who it was shared with can enable it from their account to have it run for their meetings.
