Go to Settings → Workspace.
Scroll down and select to connect Slack.
Enter your Slack workspace URL (e.g., yourcompany.slack.com).
Continue and copy the provided email address.
Invite this email as a regular member to your workspace.
If your workspace uses SSO (Single Sign-On), invite it as a multi-channel guest instead.
Add Circleback to any private channels where you want to use huddles.
Circleback automatically joins huddles in any channel it's a member of–public or private. For this to work, the participants need to be in your Circleback workspace and use the same email for both Slack and Circleback.
For huddles in direct messages, you'll need to manually invite Circleback.
