You can add custom words to improve how Circleback transcribes specific terms in your meetings. This is useful for industry jargon, acronyms, or product names that might not be recognized correctly by default.
You don't need to add people's names or your company name, those are included automatically.
How to add vocabulary
Go to Settings → Preferences.
Scroll to the Vocabulary section.
Add the words or phrases you'd like.
Custom vocabulary applies to future meetings only–it's used when the transcript is being generated.
Workspace admins can set vocabulary as a default or enforce it for everyone from Default and enforced workspace settings.
