Once you've connected your calendar make sure that your calendar events are on your primary calendar. On both Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, this will be the first calendar listed under the Calendars section.
You can multiple calendars, but only the primary calendar on each connected calendar will be visible to Circleback.
