There are two ways to have the Circleback bot join and capture your online meetings. If you'd prefer to record without a bot joining, you can also use the desktop app or mobile app.
Calendar
Once you've connected your calendar, Circleback will automatically detect events with an online meeting link. You can choose which types of meetings Circleback joins from your meeting joining preferences, and toggle individual meetings on or off from Home.
Meeting link
You can add Circleback to a meeting manually by entering the link of a live meeting.
Open the dropdown next to New meeting from the left sidebar, then select Invite Circleback.
Paste the link to the meeting you'd like Circleback to join.
Select Add Circleback. Circleback will join within a few seconds.
Depending on the meeting platform's settings, the host may need to admit Circleback into the call. If Circleback isn't joining, see Troubleshoot Circleback not joining a meeting.
