Connecting your calendar will give you the option to have Circleback automatically join the meetings you choose and to associate recorded meetings with their calendar event for an improved experience.

  1. Select Connect on either Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

  2. You'll be directed to authenticate with your calendar provider and connect your calendar to Circleback.

Once your calendar is connected, you can set up your automatic join preferences from settings. You can also set joining preferences for individual meetings from Home.

You may connect up to two Google Calendars and two Microsoft Outlook Calendars to your Circleback account for a total of four connected calendars.

Make sure that your calendar events are on your primary calendar. On both Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, this will be the first calendar listed under the Calendars section. Only the primary calendar on each connected calendar will be accessible to Circleback.
