Connecting your calendar lets Circleback match your recordings to their calendar events–so you automatically get the right meeting title, participant names, and context. This works regardless of how you record: whether Circleback joins as a participant, you use the desktop app, or you record on your phone.
With a connected calendar, you can also set up meeting joining preferences to have Circleback automatically join and capture your online meetings.
How to connect
Go to Settings → Calendar.
Select Connect on either Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
Authenticate with your calendar provider to connect your calendar to Circleback.
You can connect up to two Google Calendars and two Microsoft Outlook Calendars for a total of four connected calendars.
Once connected, you can choose which meetings Circleback joins from meeting joining preferences, or toggle joining on or off for individual meetings from Home.
Circleback can only access the primary calendar on each connected account — this is the first calendar listed under the Calendars section in both Google Calendar and Outlook. If your meetings are on a shared or secondary calendar, they won't be visible to Circleback.
If you're connecting a Microsoft calendar and your organization requires admin consent, your IT admin will need to enable Circleback for your organization first.
