Quickly select multiple meetings to perform bulk actions like sharing, managing tags, running automations, and deleting.

How to select meetings

On the meetings page, you can select meetings and perform to perform bulk actions like sharing, managing tags, running automations, and deleting.

One at a time

Hover over any meeting and click the checkbox that appears on the left.

Select all

Press ⌘/Ctrl A to select every meeting on the page.

Select a range

  1. Select one meeting.

  2. Hold Shift and click another meeting.

  3. All meetings between them will be selected.

Clear your selection

Press Esc or click the × in the action bar at the bottom.

Actions

When meetings are selected, an action bar appears at the bottom which you can use to take action on the selected meetings or delete them directly.

  • Actions (⌘/Ctrl K) – Add or remove tags, share or remove access, run automation, delete, and more

  • Delete (⌘/Ctrl Backspace) – Delete selected meetings

Notes

  • You can only select meetings that are fully processed (not recording or processing)

  • Your selection stays active while you scroll

  • Select all only selects meetings matching your current filters
