Once an automation has been created and enabled, it will automatically run for future meetings that match its conditions. There are several ways to run an automation for past meetings.
Automations relevant to a meeting
You can view and manually run automations for an existing meeting by following these steps.
Right-click the meeting or open it and select … → Automations.
Run desired automations.
Meetings relevant to an automation
Additionally, you can view all past meetings relevant to an automation and run it for select meetings.
Right-click the automation or open it, then select … → Meetings.
Run the automation for desired meetings.
Run an automation for multiple meetings
You can also quickly run an automation for multiple meetings at once.
Select meetings from the meetings page.
Choose the run automation action from the menu.
