You can import a meeting into Circleback by uploading an audio or video recording file. Circleback will transcribe and process the recording just like a live meeting, generating notes, action items, and insights.
Open the dropdown next to New meeting from the left sidebar and select Import.
Select the audio or video file you'd like to import (up to 2 GB). Most common formats are supported, including MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, and MOV.
If the meeting is on your calendar, select the associated calendar event. This links the import to the event so you get the right meeting title and participant names.
Select Import.
