When enabled, Circleback can automatically add tags to your meetings after they finish processing. It looks at the content of the meeting and compares it against your existing tags to decide which ones are relevant.
To make this decision, Circleback considers the tag's description and the content of recent meetings where each tag has been applied. It only chooses from tags you've already created–it won't create new ones.
The more consistently you tag meetings, the better automatic tagging gets. Adding descriptions to your tags from Settings → Tags also helps improve accuracy.
Configuration
Enable or disable automatic meeting tagging from Settings → Tags.
Manual override
If you add a tag to a meeting yourself before it finishes processing, Circleback won't add any additional tags automatically. This lets you take control when you want to tag a meeting a specific way.
