Please note that we don't currently support disabling the message that's sent in the chat. The message sent in the chat is intended to share the Circleback bot participant's purpose with the meeting participants briefly after it joins. It also includes details about how no audio or video recordings are stored if meeting recordings are disabled and whether the participants should expect to get the notes emailed to them after the meeting.

As an alternative, you can also capture meetings using the desktop app if you'd prefer to not have the Circleback bot participant in the call.
