When Circleback joins a meeting as a bot participant, you can customize the name and image it shows up with.
Customize name and image
Go to Settings → Preferences.
Scroll to the Meeting participant section.
Update the Name and Image to your preference.
Chat message
When Circleback joins a meeting, it sends a brief message in the meeting chat introducing itself. The message includes whether audio and video recordings are being stored and whether participants will receive the notes via email. The chat message cannot be disabled.
If you'd prefer not to have a bot join your meetings at all, you can record with the desktop app instead.
Multiple users in the same meeting
When multiple people have Circleback set to join the same meeting, only one bot will join. Its name and chat message will reflect the names of the people or workspaces it's joining on behalf of.
