Use Circleback in your Slack huddles

Connect Circleback to your Slack workspace and have it join your huddles.

  1. Go to Settings → Team.

  2. Scroll down and select to connect Slack.

  3. Enter your Slack workspace URL (e.g., yourcompany.slack.com).

  4. Continue and copy the provided email address.

  5. Invite this email as a regular member to your workspace.

    1. If your workspace uses SSO (Single Sign-On), invite it as a multi-channel guest instead.

  6. Add Circleback to any private channels where you want to use huddles.

Circleback will automatically join huddles in public channels that include people you've added to your team on Circleback if they use the same email address for both Circleback and Slack. You can also manually invite Circleback to a huddle.
