Microphone audio not being captured (desktop, web)
If the recording visualizer doesn't show your microphone audio is being captured, try these steps.
Ensure the correct microphone is selected from the Options menu in the record panel.
Ensure that your microphone is not muted at the system or hardware level.
Ensure that Circleback has access to your microphone.
On web, ensure that your browser has access to your microphone through your system preferences, and that Circleback has access through your browser settings.
