The Circleback mobile app lets you capture in-person meetings and conversations using your phone's microphone. It records audio only.
Getting started
Download the app from circleback.ai/mobile (available for iOS and Android).
Open the app and log in to your account.
Select Record from the bottom navigation.
If the meeting is on your calendar, select the associated calendar event. This links the recording to the event so you get the right meeting title and participant names.
Start recording.
The app will continue recording in the background if you lock your phone or switch to another app. You'll see a Live Activity (iOS) or live notification (Android) that you can use to pause, resume, or finish the recording.
If you receive a phone call during recording, the recording may be paused.

You can also start recording without opening the app:
Set up the Action button on iPhone to start recording with a long press.
Add the Circleback widget to your Lock Screen or Home Screen for one-tap recording.
