There are two ways to get Circleback to join and capture your meetings.
Calendar
Once you've connected your calendar, Circleback will automatically detect events with an online meeting link associated. You can choose which types of meetings you want Circleback to join from Settings → Calendar and toggle individual meetings from Home.
Meeting link
You can also add CIrcleback to meetings manually by entering the link of a live meeting.
Select New meeting → Invite Circleback in the top right.
Paste the link to the meeting (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex) you'd like to add Circleback to.
Select Add Circleback and Circleback will join the meeting within a few seconds. Depending on the meeting platform's settings, the host of the meeting may need to admit Circleback into the call.
